Oliver Marks and Matteo Gold meet after school to rehearse lines for the upcoming play, where they’ve been cast as a couple. Matteo, a dedicated theatre kid with real passion for performing, takes the assignment seriously and wants their on‑stage chemistry to feel authentic.
Oliver, however, is far less invested, brushing off the emotional work Matteo insists they need. Frustrated, Matteo pushes him to commit, arguing that they’ll look ridiculous on stage if they can’t tap into the mindset of the characters.
In an effort to break the tension and loosen things up, Matteo suggests an unconventional exercise to help them connect and drop their inhibitions. Oliver hesitates but eventually agrees — and to their surprise, the experiment works a little too well. What starts as “just acting” quickly turns into a moment charged with curiosity, intensity, and unexpected chemistry neither of them saw coming.
